The Summer is flying by very quickly. In less than a month I'll be back in Kenya. Praise the Lord for all the traveling this summer he has so far kept me safe. I've been to Virginia, Mississippi, Indiana, and I am currently in Illinois. I still have one more stop to make in Atlanta, Georgia before I head back to Virginia and spend my final few days before I head out. The Lord has provided. Please continue to pray for the following items:
- Renters for my house
- Continued increase in monthly support
- Safety traveling
- Curriculum for the government class
- Kenya's Government and food situation
Praises
- A friend of mine offered to pay for my final semester of school.
- Safety to date
- My hard drive recently crashed, but fortunately I had just purchased a external drive and backed everything up!
- Pledges of support

Getting the curriculum done for the Comparative Politics class In Colossians 1:9 Paul begins a prayer for the church of Colosse with "For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you..." What caused Paul to pray so earnestly for this church? He prayed because he heard of their needs. The Colossian church was battling the gnosticism heresy. Paul was unaware of this as his sat in his prison cell in Rome, but then a friend came by to visit him. Epaphras came by and told Paul the situation of the church back in Colosse. From that point, the time he heard the news, he did not cease to pray for the Colossian church. |
